Why I created this cookbook?

I wrote this cookbook out of love and necessity after my son Ezra was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes in 2014, I dove into low-carb cooking to help manage his health without sacrificing the joy of food. Over the years, I adapted family favorites into delicious, kosher, kid-approved meals that fit a low-carb lifestyle.

Now, I’m paying it forward, trying to give back to those who may need to follow a keto or low-carb diet but keep strictly kosher. Whether you’re a kid or an adult, I want to make sure you have access to recipes that are nourishing, doable, and full of flavor. This book is here to make that journey easier for you.
